2026 "Into the Future" — Contest Rules & Entry
Step into a time machine and take us Into the Future. Open to grades K–12. Free to enter. Deadline: April 24, 2026.
Step into a time machine and take us Into the Future! Imagine the world years from now. Are there incredible new inventions, futuristic cities, or completely new ways of living? Show us the people you meet, the places you explore, and the world that awaits ahead!
- Artwork must be submitted on a 9 × 12 inch piece of paper.
- Artwork must not be more than 1 inch thick.
- Each contestant may submit only one piece of artwork.
- Each piece of artwork must have a completed Entry Form attached to the back with tape or glue.
- All artwork, monetary prize, and trophy must be picked up at the ceremony location. Shipping is not available. Failure to pick up will result in the forfeit of your artwork and prize.
- Original artwork must be postmarked before April 24, 2026 or dropped off at:

Grades K–12
Judging is done in four categories (K–2, 3–5, 6–8, 9–12) with a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner in each. A panel of judges scores creativity and theme portrayal (50%), artwork description (25%), and overall artistic ability and technique (25%).

Doors open at 2:30 PM; winners announced at 3:00 PM. Light refreshments. Smart casual dress.
Artwork and prizes picked up at the venue on May 17 between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM. No shipping.
Entries must be submitted by April 24, 2026.
